Job summary

Addiction Recovery Care, LLC is seeking a Client Transportation Specialist to facilitate transportation to treatment centers across the ARC network. The role emphasizes safe, timely, and compliant transport while supporting day-to-day operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to travel, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. Some remote work flexibility may be available as part of a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel to ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large part of the work day.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to stay on schedule.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete and submit reports.
• Strong ability to work as a productive member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations and provide transportation to treatment.
• Safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment and materials to destinations.
• Ensure route starts with proper equipment (logs, phone, keys).
• Follow route as scheduled with potential stops and pickups.
• Maintain personal and client safety at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and legal requirements.
• Keep documentation up to date.
• Attend training and meetings punctually and complete trainings.
• Care for and maintain company equipment (scanners, telephones, vehicles).
• Communicate equipment deficiencies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
