Responsibilities
  • Assist with day‑to‑day operations, providing transportation to treatment for male clients.
  • Safely and timely transport clients, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to designated destinations.
  • Ensure routes begin with proper equipment: route logs, cell phone, keys, etc.
  • Follow scheduled routes while allowing for potential stops and pickups.
  • Maintain personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
  • Operate within legal bounds and best‑practice safety procedures.
  • Execute all required documentation and keep route information current.
  • Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and training schedules.
  • Care for and maintain company equipment (scanners, telephones, vehicles, etc.) and report deficiencies to supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Experience and Education Needed
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to travel to ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large portion of the work day.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work remotely.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
  • Problem‑solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to complete and submit reports.
  • Strong teamwork and productivity orientation.
Other Qualifications to be Considered
  • Substance abuse experience preferred.
  • Appropriate State and Federal clearances.
  • Clean driving record.
