Job summary

GCyber is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support a federal IT modernization effort in a classified environment. The role uses SAFe, supports a Release Train, and coordinates multiple teams working with ServiceNow, Elastic, AWS, and other integration technologies.

You will facilitate events, coach teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to refine features and acceptance criteria. Required qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570/8140 IAT II certs, 8–12 years

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant Agile delivery experience.
• Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with SAFe Agile Release Train and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe events including PI planning and sprint ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and coordinate solutions with Release Train Engineer and program leadership.
• Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile practices and ensure Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine features and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain information radiators and use metrics to improve predictability and throughput.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and foster cross-team collaboration.
