CeLeen is seeking a Scrum Master to support a Department of Energy engagement focused on Enterprise Computing. The role involves leading SAFe SCRUM ceremonies, coordinating with technical teams, and delivering status reports on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, SAFe SM certification or equivalent, and strong communication and leadership abilities. US work authorization is required; travel is 0-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred for progression.
• Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
• Experience in SAFe SCRUM environments and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe SCRUM ceremonies and team planning to meet scope and milestones.
• Coordinate with technical leads to estimate and track project delivery.
• liaise with stakeholders and manage risk and reporting.
• Deliver status presentations and drive process improvements.
