Job summary

Origence is seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams across time zones as part of its SAFe implementation. The role focuses on facilitating events, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement.

The candidate should have SAFe experience, 3–5 years in software development, and strong facilitation and communication skills. The position is based in Irvine, CA or Ontario, CA with a strong focus on delivering value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a technical or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader to facilitate and support teams in the day-to-day operation of their agile practices.
• Actively facilitate team events like Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
• Maintain a healthy backlog through backlog refinement.
• Support PI planning, system demos, and problem-solving during I&A.
• Remove impediments and address risks to help teams achieve sprint goals.
• Drive improvements through retrospectives and data dashboards.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication within the team.
