Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Product Owner role within a software development environment.
• Proven experience coaching teams new to Agile and Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Scrum teams using Agile methodologies in sprint or Kanban environments.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and the broader organization on Scrum practices.
