Join to apply for the SAFe Scrum Master role at RTX.

This position is part of our RTX Enterprise Services team, specifically within the Engineering and Technology Application Services (ETAS) Team, seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Technical Lead.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a team of developers to deliver business value each iteration, improving processes within a large Agile Release Train (ART), and coaching on agile practices.
2. Supporting large-scale implementations of engineering applications such as PTC Windchill/PDMLink.
3. Collaborating with Scrum Masters, DevSecOps, Production Support, Product Owners, and Architecture teams.
4. Identifying, communicating, and managing priorities and risks.
5. Supporting enterprise project delivery and enhancements.
6. Traveling approximately one week each quarter.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government data access restrictions.
• Experience managing Scrum teams, with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, process, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Scrum master certification and 4+ years leading Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and knowledge of agile practices like CI, TDD, automated testing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Servant leadership mindset fostering continuous improvement.
