Qualifications

• Two years of driving experience with an active license.
• CDL Class B with school bus and passenger endorsements encouraged but not required.
• Paid on-site training offered for candidates without CDL Class B.
• Defensive Driving skills and solid understanding of traffic and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with students and families.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to manage student behavior calmly and respond to emergencies.
• Willingness to work early mornings and afternoons per school schedules; prior school bus or commercial driving experience is beneficial.
