• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in youth services and collaboration with community partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Safe Place and Youth Outreach staff, including offsite and remote supervision.
• Lead staff training in crisis response protocols and case management practices.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with funder requirements.
• Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy across Safe Place databases.
• Prepare quarterly outreach and program data reports.
• Coordinate outreach to identify youth and families in need of services.
• Engage with schools, law enforcement, and service providers to strengthen partnerships.
