Ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with powered industrial equipment in fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse settings. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely movement, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems or scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with raw materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Transport finished goods to designated warehouse and storage locations.
• Accurately complete inventory transactions using warehouse management systems, scanners, or handheld devices.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required.
• Verify product quantities, labeling, and documentation before movement or shipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, GMP, and company policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support operational goals.
