Job summary

Enstructure in Memphis, TN is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently manage material handling and equipment operation. The role requires operating multiple machines, completing paperwork, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment experience (front end loader, excavator, dozer, trackhoe).
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience operating heavy equipment including front-end loader, bulldozer, excavator, and heavy forklift.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or overnight shifts.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk with alternate standing. The employee is subject to a dry, sometimes dusty warehouse environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
