Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a SAF Engineering professional to serve as a customer technical contact, interpret standards, and create/test procedures for products under investigation. The role interfaces with Lab Managers, Team Leaders, and Project Coordinators across multiple projects.

The candidate should have a four-year engineering or technical degree with at least four years of direct product safety engineering experience, including hazardous location equipment safety

Qualifications

• Four-year college Engineering degree, or other technical degree with relevant work experience.
• Four years of direct work experience in product safety engineering and hazardous location equipment product safety engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer technical contact.

• Conduct tests in accordance with standards and procedures, record results.
• Ensure that test equipment is calibrated or tested and operates properly.
• Interface with Lab Manager(s), Team Leader(s) and Project Coordinator(s).
• Monitor multiple projects underway.
• Prepare certification reports and related documents.

Job Description

SAF Engineering Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer technical contact.

Qualifications
