Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Safety Engineering professional to serve as a customer technical contact and interpret standards for products under investigation. You will create and implement test procedures, conduct tests, record results, and ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.

You will interface with Lab Managers, Team Leaders, and Project Coordinators while monitoring multiple projects and maintaining a professional, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Four-year college Engineering degree, or other technical degree with relevant work experience.
• Four years of direct work experience in product safety engineering and hazardous location equipment product safety engineering.

Job Description

SAF Engineering Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer technical contact.

• Ensure that test equipment is calibrated or tested and operates properly.
• Interface with and update the Lab Manager(s), Team Leader(s) and Project Coordinator(s).
• Monitors multiple projects underway.
• Prepare certification reports and related documents.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Additional Information

Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00 pm, and additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance to Baltimore, MD are encouraged to apply.
