Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, Catechetics, or Pastoral Ministry from an accredited Catholic university or equivalent experience.
• Three years of minimum experience in a customer service environment required.
• Experience in parish ministry preferred, with in-depth knowledge of Catholicism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong oral and written English-language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to those contacting the parish office.
• Record and organize all data related to sacramental registry books.
• Prepare and review requests for Baptisms, Weddings, and Funerals.
• Assemble records related to Baptismal preparation classes.
• Edit bulletins and announcements for the parish.
