Job summary

S3, Inc. seeks a Staff Action Control Officer to support the STORM Program at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will serve as the primary point of contact for SACO taskers from DoD and other agencies, coordinating responses using STEARS, TEAMS, and SharePoint.

The role requires DoD security clearance and 3+ years in DoW or federal settings, with strong coordination, briefing, and documentation skills to keep leadership informed and to support official Army events.

Qualifications

• Active secret or higher DoD security clearance required.
• 8+ years relevant experience with a Master's, 12+ with a Bachelor's, or 14+ with a high school diploma.
• 3+ years supporting product development within a DoW, federal government, or defense organization.
• 3+ years coordinating across functional areas in government or private industry.
• 3+ years using Office 365 Teams and SharePoint for knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the strategic analyst with documenting senior leadership materials and planning PM STORM events.
• Provide SACO support to PM STORM, track STEARS actions, and brief leadership weekly.
• Provide strategic assessment of action items and maintain leadership documentation.
• Develop Historical Reports, EUCOM reports, SIGACTS, Staff Slides, and STEARS Packets.
• Create and maintain historical documentation for public releases and congressional papers.
• Plan and coordinate Army/STORM events and protocol activities, including town halls and ceremonies.
