Job summary

SaBSaF Logistics is hiring a DSP Delivery Driver in San Diego, CA. No CDL is required and prior delivery experience is welcome but not required. The role emphasizes safe, prompt deliveries with a veteran-owned company culture and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The driver’s main objective is Safe, Prompt, & Accurate Deliveries.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all DOT laws and regulations.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.; work in all weather conditions; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone devices for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and teammates.
• Receive bonuses for excellent performance and safe driving.

Schedule

• Minimum 3-4 -Days a week (1 weekend day preferred).
• 10-hour shifts available 7 days a week.
• Daily Hours: 11:00am - 9:00pm.

Rate

$22.25/hr.

$250 Referral bonus (referred must work min. 90 days).

• Use smartphone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Receive bonuses for excellent performance and safe driving.

• Must know how to use Smartphone. (Multiple apps used to perform day-to-day responsibilities).

Preferred

• Previous delivery experience. (i.e., Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.).
• Bilingual.
