Job summary

SMK Logistics, a California-based DSP partner with Amazon, is hiring delivery drivers. The role is part-time (3 days/week, 8–10 hours/day) with potential for full-time employment based on performance. Expect loading/unloading up to 50 lbs, hand-truck handling, and customer-facing deliveries in all weather.

Before starting, you'll complete a 2-day training and ride-along with an experienced driver. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid California driver’s license (non-provisional, unrestricted).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo DOT drug screening and DOT physical exam; complete training.
• Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver 240–400 packages per day to homes, apartments, and businesses.
• Operate and inspect a delivery vehicle; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Tilt, push and slide 50–70 lb packages on/off a hand truck without a helper.
• Navigate routes using a company-provided device.
• Work in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, etc.
• Maintain high standards for attendance, performance, and safety.
• Support teammates by assisting with additional routes; communicate effectively with the support team.

SMK Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in California. We’re currently hiring delivery drivers to support our team.We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who enjoy being on the road, staying active, and delivering smiles to customers.

Position Highlights

• Anticipated schedule: part-time 3 daysper week, 8-10 hours per dayincluding at least one weekend day
• Extra shifts may be available, but not guaranteed
• Opportunity for full-time permanent employment: Drivers may be considered for long-term roles based on performance and business needs (review required)

What You’ll Do
