Job summary

Ttand Technology is seeking an experienced Ticketing/GDS Specialist with strong SABRE GDS expertise to manage ticket issuance, exchanges, reissues, refunds and complex itineraries. You will also support supplier administration and coordinate with travel agents, airlines and internal teams.

The role requires high accuracy, problem-solving, ability to handle multiple priorities, and professionalism in a fast-paced travel environment. Night shifts may be required as per business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on airline ticketing experience with SABRE GDS.
• Advanced knowledge of airline fare rules, taxes, waivers and related procedures.
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries, refunds, exchanges and reissues.
• Strong communication skills with travel agents, suppliers and internal teams.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership of ticketing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Issue new air tickets accurately using SABRE GDS in line with airline contracts and policy.
• Process ticket exchanges, reissues, refunds and other post-ticketing actions in SABRE.
• Handle complex SABRE transactions, including fare rules and taxes.
• Support corporate bookings and complex itineraries.
• Review inbox and CRM requests; forward actions to agents or teams promptly.
• Assist with supplier administration, including password resets for agents when needed.
• Liaise with airlines, suppliers and agents via phone, system and email to resolve queries.
• Investigate and resolve ticketing and GDS issues, escalating when necessary.
