Job summary

Internova Travel Group’s Global Travel Collection seeks a Travel Support Specialist to assist advisors, handle daily inquiries, and manage domestic and international air reservations, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

The role requires strong Sabre experience, familiarity with additional GDS platforms (Travelport Plus preferred), and a commitment to high-quality customer service within SLA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient Sabre with extensive experience and five years in travel support.
• Experience across multiple GDS platforms and Sabre formats.
• Knowledge of international reservation processes and air ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Sabre GDS navigation and related tools.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and operational support to Advisors.
• Resolve service desk inquiries and manage ticketing workflows.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and remote assistance through SLA targets.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist Advisors with ticketing, exchanges, and GDS profile management.
• Serve as backup coverage for Advisor Support Desk when needed.
