Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UI design experience, preferably SaaS.
• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of UI designs.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with the promotional product industry.
• Understanding of front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate product vision into stunning user interfaces.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, and icons.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetics.
• Adhere to and evolve style standards concerning fonts, colors, and images.
• Obtain feedback from cross-functional teams and iterate on design.
• Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends to ensure our UI remains cutting-edge.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented to specification and provide necessary assets.
