Constant Contact is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist a global customer base with our Lead Gen & CRM software. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document issues, and work with engineering to resolve complex problems.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and contributing to knowledge resources. A hybrid work setup and competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience using Salesforce, Zapier, or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of email deliverability concepts is a plus.
• Previous experience using HTML and API is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical software support for a global customer base via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to cases promptly and manage a backlog.
• Create Jira tickets and communicate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Document issues, defects, workarounds, and product enhancements in ticket systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve timely resolutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base for teammates.
