Job summary

Propel Together is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a fully remote, UK-style salary £45k–£50k. In a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, you will own customer requests, diagnose issues, and work with Engineering to resolve complex problems.

I'm working with a high-growth B2B SaaS business heading rapidly towards Series A, and they're looking for a technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join the team at an exciting stage of their growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of software, solving problems and working directly with customers.
