Responsibilities

Respond to customer technical support requests through Zendesk with timely resolutions.
Troubleshoot SaaS platform issues and investigate bugs for customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to address issues and drive improvements.
Maintain Zendesk workflows and report support metrics to meet SLAs.
Create and publish knowledge base content and training materials.
