Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations and drive architectural decisions. You will own design across the full lifecycle, run customer workshops, and ensure integrations with ERP/CRM systems are robust and scalable.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, guiding teams through complex technical challenges while bridging business needs with architectural best practices. Denver hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or technology consulting.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience owning solution architecture across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex SaaS customer implementations.
• Lead customer discovery and requirements workshops to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Own design throughout the implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Perform fit/gap analyses and recommend optimal solutions.
• Design integrations between the platform and customer systems including CRM/ERP.
