Job description

Proveway is a fast-growing SaaS company leading the way in the Shopify app marketplace. We are committed to delivering innovative and high-quality Shopify solutions to our clients primarily in the US market.


The Role: We're seeking an expert Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our client base in the US. The successful candidate will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold emailing strategies to generate leads, present our unique Shopify app solutions, and build strong relationships with potential clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop and execute effective cold email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Manage and nurture leads in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our Shopify app solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and implement sales plans.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our Shopify app offerings and their position within the industry.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including, but not limited to:
    • Number of SQL/A (qualified accounts, added accounts) per day and month.
    • Number of interactions (DMs, emails, calls) per day and month.
    • Number of appointments (call, video, intro/discovery/pitch/booking meet) per month.
    • Number of QO (qualified opportunities with interest, need, and budget) per month.
    • Number of booked and held meetings and demos per month.
    • Number of HQO (highly qualified opportunities for proposal/negotiation) per month.
    • Closed wins and losses per month.
    • Average deal value.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) suitable for a US audience.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven track record in cold email outreach.
  • Expert knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and its app marketplace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work during US business hours.
