Vastian is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our fast-paced SaaS team in Lawrenceville, GA. In this high-volume role, you will process course orders, renewals, and simple service requests, enabling Account Managers to focus on complex client needs.

You will own Salesforce case queues, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with Finance on invoicing, and deliver timely, professional service to our clients in a growing healthcare quality platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in order processing, sales operations, customer support, or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or another subscription business.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including working from a case- or queue-based workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately at volume and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of client orders accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Own a case queue in Salesforce: triage requests, drive to resolution, keep queue current.
• Partner with Account Managers as day-to-day operational support, handling routine transactions.
• Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and coordinate with Finance on invoicing and revenue data.
• Support billing accuracy and clean revenue data by coordinating with Finance.
• Escalate issues and propose fixes when processes aren’t working.
• Be flexible and cover team needs as priorities shift.
