Brief Lead and the Creative Studio on what media requires, while Lead retains ownership of the creative response.
Maintain visibility into media deadlines, asset readiness, trafficking and launch status.
Ensure the media agency has the correct approved assets and landing destinations.
Identify potential media or inventory risks early enough for the creative team to respond.
Coordinate campaign readiness checkpoints across media, creative, digital and agency teams.
Ensure media requirements inform creative development without allowing the media plan to dictate the creative idea.
Define media KPIs and learning agendas with Brand, Analytics and agency partners.
Monitor campaign performance across audiences, channels, publishers, markets and creative.
Lead the day‑to‑day optimization dialogue with the media agency.
Turn performance data into actionable recommendations on targeting, channel mix, investment and creative needs.
