Job summary

PowerPlan is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD automation and cloud infrastructure across Azure and multi-cloud environments. The role emphasizes automated testing, secure configurations, and proactive collaboration with development, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on DevOps engineer with focus on design, automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience automating cloud infrastructure using IaC and container orchestration.
Ability to work with development, security and operations teams to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and document current CI/CD processes within 90 days and plan for unifying Dev and Cloud pipelines.
Implement automated testing and rollback strategies across dev/test/stage/prod environments.
Provision Azure (and AWS if applicable) infrastructure using Terraform within 60 days.
Deploy multiple environments with networking, security, and compute resources using standardized IaC modules.
Triage and resolve production DevOps tickets within SLAs and participate in on-call rotations.
Improve system observability with log aggregation and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor) within 3–6 months.
Configure identity federation (SAML/OIDC) and secure Windows AD/Entra ID domains by month 3; enable SAML across 3 environments by month 6.
Deploy at least one new containerized app with Kubernetes and Helm by end of Q2, with secure configurations and monitoring.
