Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own the software delivery infrastructure from commit to production. The role centers on Azure DevOps, GitHub, and IaC to keep pipelines healthy, scalable, and fast.

You’ll collaborate with developers and security to enforce quality and repeatability across cloud platforms including AWS. The position is hybrid and based in Plano, TX, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps engineer owning software delivery infrastructure from code commit to production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and automation to reduce friction in the delivery lifecycle.
• Security-focused ownership of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• 60% hands-on engineering: build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, provision and manage Azure infrastructure, automate operational toil.
• 25% technical leadership: architecture decisions, IaC standards, cross-team enablement, platform roadmap input.
• 15% enablement and communication: documentation, developer onboarding, security/compliance evidence, leadership reporting.
• Own delivery outcomes: ensure pipelines are trusted, infrastructure is repeatable and drift-free, and cost is visible and governed.
