Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking an Application Services Engineer to install and upgrade HealthEdge applications in private cloud, public cloud (AWS), and customer-hosted environments. The role supports SaaS operations, requires willingness to learn deployment automation tools, and collaborates across teams to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.

Experience in Linux, AWS, container orchestration, and scripting is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related disciplines or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a deployment or solutions engineer, and/or system/platform engineer, technical application support, or experience in a system administration role.
• Experience in healthcare industry desirable (Blue Card).
• Interest in deployment and automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Familiarity with AWS and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and development expertise in technologies for HealthRules SaaS Operations in Private/Public cloud (AWS).
• Executes assignments timely with quality.
• Collaborates with team; seeks help when needed and documents resolutions.
• Identifies knowledge gaps and pursues self-development.
• Performs duties in line with HealthEdge policies, including handling health information.
• Supports upgrades in production and contributes to problem-solving.
