Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a remote SaaS Contracting Attorney to support a contract-based General Counsel role focused on AI-driven contract review solutions.

You will evaluate and refine AI-generated contract suggestions, conduct simulated negotiations and redlining, and provide feedback to product and research teams on legal risks in technology transactions. A J.D. and bar admission are required; compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• In-house experience focused on technology transactions, especially SaaS contract review.
