Yext, NYSE: YEXT, is seeking a dedicated and business-oriented Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in New York or Washington, DC.

You will partner with Enterprise, Mid-Market and Partner sales, negotiate customer deals, and refine standard commercial agreements and playbooks to scale globally.

The role requires 3-5 years of corporate/commercial experience, a US law degree and bar admission, and privacy considerations in SaaS transactions.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission.
• 3-5 years experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably SaaS.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscription and other commercial agreements.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Advise internal teams on risk, privacy, and data-security considerations.
• Deliver trainings on contract processes and procurement practices.
