Job summary

Braze is seeking an Account Executive on our Scale Retail team to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, relentlessly pursuing new business while advising customers as trusted partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technical leadership, demonstrate value through discovery and tailored demos, and help scale growth across a global customer base in a fast-changing environment. Compensation includes base plus OTE and equity options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions with integrated products.
• Strong pipeline development and management skills with strategic/outreach focus.
• Customers describe selling as consultative and human; strong listening and storytelling abilities.
