Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A and P) license.
• Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Ability to understand and follow FAA and Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform aviation maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, highest shop practices, and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Quality Control Department.
• Document all required maintenance per company manuals.
