Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance:
   • Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to detect suspicious activities.
   • Perform regular security patrols to ensure no unauthorized individuals are on-site.
   • Respond promptly to alarms or alerts.
2. Access Control:
   • Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
   • Screen bags, packages, or items to ensure safety protocols are followed.
   • Maintain and enforce access control policies for authorized personnel.
3. Incident Response:
   • Respond to emergencies, including medical issues, fire alarms, or threats.
   • Assist in evacuations and provide first aid when needed.
   • Report suspicious activities, accidents, or breaches.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Write detailed reports on incidents and observations.
   • Document daily activities and incident logs.
   • Provide recommendations for security improvements.
5. Customer Service:
   • Assist employees, visitors, and clients courteously.
   • Resolve minor disputes calmly and diplomatically.
6. Collaboration:
   • Work with security personnel, management, and law enforcement.
   • Attend training to stay updated on security procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
