Location:

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The primary function of this position is to ensure the proper implementation of customer contracts within the SAP environment. The Specialist will be responsible for the setup, closure, and partnership of customer accounts along with executing their contractual pricing.

Responsibilities include:

• Review submitted documents for SAP implementation and entry in other Airgas systems
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish implementation timelines and documentation
• Research and review customer accounts for setup, closure, or partnership changes
• Identify all required terms and conditions related to legal contract structures that match SAP
• Create and develop pricing plans for SAP loading
• Communicate concerns and technical issues regarding customer rollout implementation
• Implement rollout material into SAP within deadlines
• Perform post-load audits to verify data accuracy and contractual compliance
• Coordinate and communicate data points with internal and external stakeholders
• Track and update relevant reports and databases
• Promote best practices aligned with strategic account profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Support special projects as assigned by managers
• Perform other duties as needed

Are you a MATCH?

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related role

Experience: 1-2 years in inside sales, customer service, or relevant industry experience; SAP knowledge preferred; familiarity with industrial gases, contract language, and data analysis is a plus
