Job Description

You will oversee the business, technical, and operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices. This includes project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards, and final preparation for project and release go-lives. You will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure regional work is aligned and properly managed. Your extensive experience as a Global Solution Owner will enable you to influence leadership and project outcomes.

As a SAP Business Process expert-STP, you will lead regional deployment of SAP S/4 HANA applications related to Source to Pay (STP). Working closely with stakeholders and external suppliers, you will identify business needs and deploy appropriate software solutions aligned with global standards and SAP best practices. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading STP SAP S/4 HANA projects in line with regional and global strategies
• Providing input on procurement, quality, and maintenance controls for software
• Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to achieve results
• Executing initiatives with precision across regions
• Understanding integration processes and ensuring effective communication between applications
• Optimizing business processes efficiently

Requirements include:

• 8-12 years of experience managing large programs and business requirements
• Experience handling complex projects, change management, and all aspects of project delivery
• Proven ability to deliver SAP solutions that streamline requirements
• Identifying solution gaps and evaluating alternatives
• Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strategic thinking with risk mitigation skills
• Process and service orientation in supply chain/manufacturing areas

Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing large-scale software and application service delivery
• Providing SAP technical expertise for STP template design
• Partnering with cross-functional and global teams for operational improvements
• Collaborating with Asset and Reliability teams and Organizational Change Management teams for deployment success
• Overseeing program and project management, budgets, resources, and schedules
• Supporting critical supply chain processes and analytics with SAP and master data management
• Understanding integration methods between SAP components and third-party applications
• Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4HANA applications and configuration
• Applying analytical skills for data-driven decisions
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience in CPG business processes is a plus
