Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Completion of the Texas A&M Trading, Risk and Investment Program – Certificate of graduation is preferred.
• Candidates should be commercially oriented with sound business judgment and strong communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic, domestic, and international team environment.
• Willingness to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of Chevron’s Supply & Trading business and the TRIP program.
• Attend internal training and integrate into non-rotational S&T assignments.
• Develop understanding of commodities, markets drivers, and risk exposure skills.
• Build a network across the business and demonstrate negotiation and deal-structure comprehension.
