Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for US Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). You will own end-to-end forecast and input consumption, transform data, and publish plans to downstream teams, influencing senior stakeholders up to Director level.

You will collaborate with business, product management, and engineering, manage cross-functional programs, and drive improvements in forecast explainability and operational efficiency across North America fulfillment networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop (as an individual contributor) a new process to streamline forecast consumption, transformation and explain-ability.
• Manage advanced visualization solutions to allow business and tech stakeholders to deep dive and understand the teams forecasts.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity
• Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end customer experience
• Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
