Job summary

Rheem is seeking a Supervisor, Sales & Operations to establish and drive S&OP across Rheem Air businesses. You will influence demand and supply planning with cross-functional teams and manage performance KPIs. The role supports North America and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in planning systems with supervisory experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ planning-systems experience.
• Supervisory experience in a multi-plant environment.
• Experience with demand, supply, and inventory planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process across Rheem Air businesses with data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive KPI management and capacity planning to maximize service levels and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, finance and operations to align plans.
• Manage master data and parameters to support accurate planning.
• Oversee production, sales and inventory planning across multiple plants.
