U.S. AutoForce is seeking an S&OP / Inventory Health Intern to support inventory analysis, reporting, and process documentation at our Appleton, WI corporate office.
You will work with the S&OP team to improve visibility across the distribution network and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will gain hands‑on experience with Logility, D365, Power BI, and cross‑functional collaboration with Demand and Supply Planning teams.
The S&OP / Inventory Health Intern will support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team in the areas of inventory analysis, data validation, reporting, and process documentation. This role will partner closely with the Senior S&OP Planner to help drive visibility into inventory health across the distribution network, support brand-level and DC-level deep dives, and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

The intern will gain hands‑on experience with advanced planning tools (Logility, D365), analytics platforms (Power BI, Claude), and cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Category, and Operations teams. This role supports the S&OP process but does not own final demand, supply, or inventory decisions. U.S. Venture’s Internship Program runs May - August. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI.
