Mars is seeking a Manager, S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) to balance demand, supply, and inventory health. You will influence service, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple functions, including Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning.

This role suits a supply chain professional who uses data-driven insights, collaboration, and strategic execution to mitigate risks and drive actions that improve performance while reducing write-offs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, or related discipline.
2–5 years in Demand Planning, IBP, or related supply chain function in a CPG environment.
Strong analytical capabilities; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Manage 0–13 week operational process, including incremental sales requests and supply challenges.
Serve as liaison between demand team and customer service.
Lead monthly cross-functional finished goods write-off meetings.
Lead allocation process on constrained lines.
Drive decisions on tension points across the operating plan.
Identify root causes of aging and at‑risk inventory using production, shipment, and consumption data.
