Metro Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage assigned accounts and identify outstanding invoices in a fast-paced environment.

You will process payments, audit receivables, and answer customer inquiries via email or phone, while negotiating payment plans when needed. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills to maintain accurate records in our accounting system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with AR processes and collections preferred.
• Excellent communication and data entry skills.
