Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries, Houston, TX, seeks an experienced SAP Manager Lead to Cash to drive global SAP solutions across Lead to Order, Order to Cash, and Produce to Deliver. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Digital Technology, and ensure scalable, compliant SAP operations.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, strategic leadership, and ability to travel ~30% domestically and internationally, aligning with enterprise goals and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of SAP experience with 4-5 full cycle ERP / S4 implementations, upgrades and operations.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain lifecycle activities: solution designing, configuring, QA, issue resolution.
• Certification in SAP Supply Chain suite preferred.
• Experience in a matrix organization and leading a team.
• Experience managing SAP projects preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, market trends, operations and business drivers.
• Ability to propose and present a convincing business case and product roadmap to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing SAP CoE team.
• Drive design, development, deployment and operations of Lead to Order, Order to Cash and Produce to Deliver processes.
• Promote standard SAP solutions and reduce technology debt.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology groups and external partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.
