Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Manager, RxARECARE Operations to oversee teams supporting limited distribution programs and patient services for rare diseases. You will manage prescription processing, reimbursement, outreach, and program oversight while developing staff and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal partners to launch new products, manage REMS programs, and drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD or RPh and NABP Verify enrollment preferred.
• Experience in specialty/pharmacy operations for rare/orphan diseases is a plus.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RxARECARE operations and limited distribution programs.
• Lead and develop staff; ensure high-quality patient care and clinical decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to launch new products and services.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory and program compliance.
