Job summary

BD is seeking a Knowledge Manager for Rx Automation CSC to own the knowledge program across Service and Support. You will drive adoption, maintain governance, and coach staff on knowledge lifecycle practices.

This role emphasizes program leadership, content development, and data-driven improvements to customer experience, with a focus on analytics and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in project management, process improvement, or technical support operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of the Rx Automation knowledge program.
• Maintain roadmaps, governance routines, and lifecycle processes.
• Lead a small knowledge-focused team with scalable responsibilities.
• Own knowledge standards, taxonomy, metadata, and archival criteria.
• Develop troubleshooting articles, decision trees, and reference materials.
• Create adoption plans and communications to ensure knowledge usage.
