RWS Global is a full-service, worldwide production company that offers custom-designed and pre-packaged events and live shows for corporations, theme parks, cruise ships, resorts, and the fashion industry. We are seeking talented freelancers across the USA to join our team for various sport production roles. Events include the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup USA 2025 and other major events throughout 2025 and 2026!

Roles / Qualifications:

1. Producers / Show Directors: Responsible for producing, showcalling, and directing in-stadium entertainment for pre-match, halftime, and post-match segments. Experience in similar roles at large-scale live sporting events is required.
2. Stadium DJs: Responsible for playing music in stadiums, including anthems, pre-match ceremonies, goal stings, and background music. Proven experience as a DJ at live sporting events is necessary.
3. Field Producers: Manage live segments and crowd engagement activations. Candidates should have experience as a field producer or similar at large-scale sporting events.
4. Floor Manager: Act as the key contact pitch-side with clients and competition representatives. Extensive experience as a floor manager at large-scale sporting events (football preferred) is required.
5. Host: Deliver pre-match, in-match, halftime, and post-match announcements and fan engagement activities. Experience as an on-camera presenter/host for large sporting tournaments is needed.
6. Technical Operations Manager: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are met. Extensive experience in technical management and operations within stadiums and large sporting events is essential.
