RWS Global is a full-service, worldwide production company that provides custom-designed and pre-packaged events and live shows for corporations, theme parks, cruise ships, resorts, and the fashion industry. Established in 2003, RWS Global has experienced continued growth, embracing our mission, Raise Your Experience.

We are seeking talented freelancers across the USA to join our team for a range of sport production roles! Events include the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup USA 2025, as well as other major events throughout 2025 and 2026.

Roles / Qualifications

1. Producers / Show Directors - Responsible for producing, showcalling, and directing the in-stadium entertainment program for pre-match, halftime, and post-match segments. Experience working in similar roles for large-scale live sporting events in stadiums is required.
2. Stadium DJs – Responsible for playing music in stadiums, including anthems, pre-match ceremonies, goal stings, and background music. Proven experience as a DJ at live sporting events is necessary.
3. Field Producers - Manage live segments and crowd engagement activations. Candidates should have proven experience as a field producer or similar for large-scale sporting events.
4. Floor Manager – Act as the key point of contact pitchside with clients and competition representatives. Extensive experience as a floor manager for large-scale sporting events, preferably football, is required.
5. Host - Deliver pre-match, in-match, halftime, and post-match announcements and fan engagement activities. Experience as an on-camera presenter/host for large-scale sporting tournaments is preferred.
6. Technical Operations Manager - Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are operational. Extensive experience in technical management and operations within stadiums or similar large-scale sporting events is needed.
