Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager in daily operations, guest engagement, and service excellence at our luxury spa. You will lead the spa team, oversee reservations, inventory, and billing while upholding Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and Rosewood standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, strong spa knowledge, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience within a luxury spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, wellness concepts, and luxury guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting guest and colleague relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage guest concerns professionally while delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, including reservations, inventory management, billing, and reporting.
  • Leadership capabilities with experience training, coaching, and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Working at the SPA reception, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless guest journey
  • Support the SPA Manager in the organization and supervision of daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all wellness areas.
  • Supervise Spa associates and facilities, ensuring a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment at all times.
  • Actively support daily reservations, guest experience, and operational processes with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional service in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and Rosewood standards, continuously striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond proactively to requests, and acknowledge all guests regardless of operational demands.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, health trends, and retail products.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and accountability for retail and operational stock.
  • Support stock control processes, maintain par levels, and ensure storage areas are organized and compliant with operational standards.
  • Oversee daily billing procedures, gratuity management, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in driving spa profitability through efficient operations, cost control, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Spa associates and lead the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Promote a collaborative, motivated, and service-driven team culture through coaching and continuous development.
  • Ensure all operational, hygiene, safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained throughout the Spa.

YOUR ROLE

As Spa Supervisor, you will support the SPA Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Spa & Wellness facilities. Through effective supervision, operational excellence, and a passion for guest service, you will help deliver exceptional wellness experiences while maintaining Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA standards.
