• PhD or MS in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with large, complex healthcare datasets (claims/EHR/registries).
• Proficient in R, Python and SQL; experience with version control (GitHub) and agile tools (JIRA).
• Ability to build partnerships across functions and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with GenAI-based coding assistants and AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with outcomes research and next-gen science groups to support study design, RWD feasibility assessments, and execute projects to a high standard.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of real-world oncology data sources (claims, EHR, registries) and assess data suitability for study planning.
• Translate business and scientific questions into analytic specifications and programming tasks (R/Python/SQL).
• Stay current with RWE methodologies, including causal inference, ML/AI, and federated learning; advise on study design and analysis.
• Incorporate GenAI, agentic workflows, and AI coding tools to accelerate code development and reporting.
• Communicate complex methods and results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
